1. Nature of Products
All products sold by Kunjbaari Foods are consumable food products. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality concerns:
- Products once delivered cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns for opened or used food items.
- Refunds are generally not applicable once the order has been delivered successfully.
However, in certain genuine cases, we may offer a replacement or refund after proper verification.
2. Reporting an Issue

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
Replacement or refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:

4. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any complaint, the following proof is mandatory:
- Clear unboxing video from start to finish
- Photos of the package and product
- Order ID and invoice details
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Product has been opened, consumed, or used
- Customer dislikes the taste or flavor
- Minor packaging dents during shipping
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Missing original packaging or invoice
- Personal preferences or allergic reactions

7. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges (if any).
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
8. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
